Solution

The banner for the A&C building is always as follows:

Dimensions -- 42"x100"
NO GROMMETS
2" white border around the printed art.

Please see the attached sample.

These rules are applied because of the wooden frame they use. White border gets tucked into the frame.

In case the frame changes, please update the requirements.
