Project Lead Times
Please keep in mind the minimum lead time required when submitting your project. While we always strive to accommodate requests quickly, standard turnaround is 14 days. However, full design proofs typically require at least two months' lead time, and tickets must be submitted at least 2 months in advance to ensure adequate planning and scheduling.
Marketing projects are handled on a case-by-case, monthly priority basis. This applies to both internal clients (374FSS facilities) and external print shop orders. Please note that lead times may fluctuate based on project complexity and staffing levels. We will always communicate with you if your requested timeline is not feasible.
If you have a high-volume project, require a shorter lead time, or have any questions, please contact the Marketing Office:

Quick Help
Please complete the Marketing Request Form thoroughly, to include detailed descriptions, dates, media types & sizes, etc. If your request does not involve an event, please place “N/A” in the related fields (i.e., event time). For all external orders, you will receive a quote for your project, which will need to be approved prior to our team beginning work.
You must be specific on a target audience to help Marketing determine the proper design and distribution.

I want to request a Photographer
Requests for photos to be taken should be submitted in advance as far as possible. We adhere to our 5 business day timeline; however, we understand that requests come up at the last minute, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Submitting a photo request does not guarantee photography at your event. If you have any questions, please contact the 374th FSS Marketing Department directly at DSN 225-3308 or email 374fss.fsk.
To help us avoid scheduling conflicts, please submit requests at least two weeks before the scheduled shoot. Please also allow 7-10 business days of post-processing time before receiving finished files. Marketing will provide photos electronically via an online photo archive. The requester is responsible for getting prints made. Typically the photographer should be there 15-30 mins prior to start time.
After Action Report
Submit no later than five business days after event. MUST INCLUDE financial details such as all supplementary expenses, sponsorship requested and sponsorship used, anticipated revenue vs. actual revenue, etc.
All Sponsorship Requests
Sponsorship Requests must be submitted 2 months before. For best results, Sponsorship Requests should be submitted early on in your event planning process. At least 2 months lead time is recommended, with longer times being preferable for best results. Please call the Marketing Director or Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator with any questions. We are happy to help!
Sponsorship for your event comes with no guarantee. Sponsorship is to enhance your event, you must host your event whether sponsorship is obtained or not.
